Ordering

On our website you can easily and without account order all of our products.
*Click on the desired item(s)
* Add it to your cart and then click “CHECK OUT”.
* Then click on “CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP”.
* Fill in your details on the order form, and confirm your order.
(You may enter a remark, for example, a preference for delivery)
Note: all prices of your order are excl. delivery costs.

Payment, Delivery and Returning

After you have placed your order, we will arrange for speedy delivery within Belgium and the Netherlands.
Because we keep (almost) everything in stock, your order will usually be delivered within 3 days to you.
With the shipment you will receive an invoice, which you pay afterwards. Easy right?

You can pay this in the following ways:
– Safe payment by iDeal, MisterCash or KBC/CBC on our website
– If we deliver with own transport or if you pick up your order in our warehouse, you can also PIN

If an ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can report this within 2 weeks and send it back.

We offer you the ability to track&trace your shipment.
If you ordered through our website, you will receive a barcode of your package sent.
